Doulas don't give any medical care or advice.
Doulas don't replace midwives. We are there in addition.
I'm a DiA Doula - certified by Doulas in Austria.
Did you know that it's the same hormone you need for orgasm that's needed to birth your baby?
Maybe you've never heard about that?
We for sure haven't learnt it in school.
But it's also the same organs involved.
Watch the trailer of the documentary
Orgasmic Birth: The Best-Kept Secret made by Debra Pascali-Bonaro (Doula) and Elizabeth Davis (midwife)
and listen what experts say.
Nowadays men are expected to participate in birth. And of course they can't say that birth was challenging for them.
Still birth is something very special for men as well. It can not only have ups but also downs.
If you have a doula your partner can be supported too.
He might be able to rest, go get some food or fresh air, because he knows that the woman is in good hands and not left alone.
The documentary Orgasmic Birth: The Best-Kept Secret is made with lots of sensitivity, empathy and compassion and is therefore HIGHLY recommanded!!
Also for men (they don't have to be afraid to see close-up vaginas ; )
As a doula I support you in all your decisions.
I don't tell you what to do or what not to do.
I help that you can be the center of all actions.
Because birth is about YOU.
So you love to remember this special day for the rest of your life...
Curious who I am?
3 meetings before birth
the entire birth
1 meeting after birth
Are you pregnant and think about hiring a doula for birth?
If a woman doesn’t look like a goddess during labor, then someone isn’t treating her right.
